Hair Micro Implant : This technique consists in removing from the occipital (back) areas a strip of scalp, out of which all micro implants are extracted under magnifying glasses or microscope.

Then, the hair by hair insertion is performed in the alopecic area. This surgery is most frequent in bald men, but it is also practiced in women with baldness or with low hair density. It takes about 4 hours.

It is done with local anesthesia and may use sedation if the patient so requires. It may be placed on eyebrows, temples and scarred tissues, such as, post-burn scars.
